Program Updates

Hi Everyone! We hope you like our new logo above. We are working on updating our social media platforms as well as our website. We hope you like the new look!

At the beginning of the pandemic, due to social distancing guidelines and for the health of our clients, we stopped seeing groups for our weight loss through hypnosis program. We have discovered since that our program is more effective when the hypnosis portion is done one-on-one. You can still come with friends or family if you choose, but going forward, the hypnosis portion of the session will always be one-on-one. What is important for one person might not be for the other and we want our clients to get the full benefit of Cristina’s hypnosis.

We bet everyone is excited that Spring is here and that warmer weather is coming. A great activity after a long day at work is to take a quick walk after dinner.

Speaking of dinner and meals in general, let’s get back to our health. Many times, we are busy and take short cuts when it comes to our meals and we don’t always understand the impact of that choice. When we eat convenient but unhealthy foods, it creates an unhealthy behavior. It makes us feel upset, bloated and stuck. This cycle repeats on us. Let’s not forget what we learned in the program and that we have the power to change that cycle through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Remember we cannot extinguish an old behavior unless we develop a new one. For example, when you finish eating dinner, brush your teeth and always have a bottle of water with you so you can have a sip of water instead of eating something unhealthy.

For this newsletter, we decided to share a favorite recipe – Cristina’s Rollatini. We altered the recipe for those of you who do not like eggplant, you can now use Zucchini or Cabbage instead! Feel free to save and print it out for your convenience. The recipe does call for Cristina’s sauce so we have also linked that recipe here.

 
 

Book Update

We have been hard at work updating Cristina’s book to reflect changes to the program over the years. When we wrote the book originally, it was an add-on to the program. For the past few years, we have included the book in the price of the program since it is so helpful to our clients. We are hoping to complete the book edit by early June but for now, here is a sneak peak at our new cover. We are very excited to have one of Cristina’s mentors, Linda Thomson, to guide us in this process. She has written two pediatric hypnosis books and we are very grateful for her input.


If you have fallen off track, we do offer individual refreshers to help you get back on. (We still will see friends and family together but remember the hypnosis is now separate.) We are very excited that we are now offering individual refreshers via Zoom as well! We worked long and hard on a PowerPoint of Cristina’s program so she can walk you through the refresher from the comfort of your own home.

As always, we do give a free individual refresher when you refer three clients to us who complete our program. Your referrals must give us your name at time of booking. Feel free to tell your friends, family and colleagues about us! You can even share our page to your Facebook and let your friends know to tell us that you referred them!
