Happiness For Me
What is happiness for me? Margaret Lee Runbeck says, “Happiness is not a state to arrive at, but a manner of traveling.”
It is a New Year, a new intention.
Are you focusing on setting your main intention or goal for this new year? If you are doing that you may notice how slowly your goal and your intention are emerging inside of you which will shape this new year.
We make many resolutions for the new year. We want to be happy, but we know very well that happiness begins within ourselves.
Yes. Life will give us encounters that are different than the ones we visualize. Yes, this is true that we don't have control of what we wish but we do have control of how to deal with what happens to us throughout the day. Happiness is different in each one of us.
What makes you happy? Feeling healthy? Be able to be positive? Feeling harmony between your mind and your body? You are the only one who can achieve whatever you wish.
It all starts in the morning when you get up. Take a moment to reflect on how you would like to feel today. Visualize in your mind the person that you would like to be. Maybe you start by hydrating your body by drinking a glass of water. By meditating. By having a good breakfast. By taking a walk. Create the calmness inside of you so that you can use it when you need it the most.
Is it time for you to be healthy again? What do you need to get back on track? Do you need to get rid of your junk food? Do you need to say no and focus only on what is healthy for you? Do you need to go back to the gym or do your own exercises? Take a walk on your own? You are the master of your body but remember, by doing nothing, nothing is going to change. You are the captain of your body. You are the only one who can make the right choice by doing something and you will see that you will be healthy again. Remember the six incentives.
1. Prepare your meals in advance.
2. Follow the meal plan by eating protein with equal amounts of vegetables.
3. Exercise at least three times a week.
4. Develop a positive sense of self by saying positive affirmations to yourself.
5. Create new healthy eating habits.
6. Listen to the hypnosis CD daily to reinforce your healthy lifestyle.
