Our Weight Loss through Hypnosis program is different because it is an approach to a new healthy lifestyle. In this program, you will teach yourself how to achieve the weight or the size that you have always wanted, and how to maintain it.

We are located in the Cooper's Commons building at 159 Main Street, Unit N in Agawam, Massachusetts. We offer a professional and pleasant setting in a comfortable environment. We are located on the second floor of the building. As you enter the building on the right hand side where the stairs and wheelchair ramp are located, you will see a set of stairs directly to your right. Please proceed up the stairs and turn left. There are a set of four chairs that we use as our waiting room. If you cannot climb stairs, there is also a wheelchair lift located directly after the staircase. Our number is 413-789-9198.

The Founder Cristina Dupre
Cristina Di Nardo-Dupre MSW, LICSW, is the director and founder of the Individual and Family Counseling Center. She received her BA from Elms College in 1976 and her Masters Degree from the University of Connecticut in 1983. She pursued post-graduate studies at the Center for Study and Family Therapy in Milan, Italy.
Mrs. Dupre greatest strength is helping children and their parents as well as couples, to strengthen their relationships and establish harmony and balance within the family structure.
